✅ Who Can Return
You may request a return if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging.

• You contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

• You provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or invoice.

❌ Items That Can’t Be Returned
The following items are not eligible for returns:

• Final sale products

• Opened or used personal care items

• Customized or made-to-order products

🔁 Exchanges
If you received a wrong, damaged, or defective item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to arrange either:

• A replacement, or

• A full refund

To speed up the process, please send us photos of the item and its packaging.

💰 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was on our end.

📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake with your order (e.g., sending the wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
